Simon points to this article over at The Age, which walks the fine line between unreadable madness and compelling stream-of-consciousness genius and is probably a fairly hilarious discourse on… well, something:
Well, that wake up call is here. That’s what this is about. Everybody has their time, and your time is Now. This is your moment. No excuses. No procrastinating. No looking back. Check your watch and mark the time. Remember it. It is your moment. Not this moment, the one a few moments ago when we said “this is your moment”. That was your moment. You can’t have this one, it’s reserved for somebody else. You can’t have two moments. That’d be greedy.

He realised that there was some humour in contradicting himself, and decided to run with it in every paragraph. I just hope it isn’t his actual stream of consciousness…he’d be one indecisive fella.
It’s almost Hunter S Thompson-esque… I love it!
I’ve just got back to Australia. After reading this, I can only assume that the Age online has:
a) Become an Onion-style satirical news source
b) Embraced the teachings of Doctor Phil
or
c) Been hacked by one or both of you guys
(Seriously, which is it?)
It’s mostly a). I think they realised that most people don’t read past page 1 of the sport section, so they can pretty much print whatever they want…
