You should also consider how Google “services” (all that cross Chrome, what you send using Gmail…) affect intellectual property (IP) and patents: 1st EULA was getting all IP that was passed through their “services”! This is what seemed so abusive.

Now, they “only” automagically get a licence to use this IP with no fee!

But what does it means? Consider that you have a patent infrigement going to court… and that your opponent come with the evidence that this IP has gone through a Google “service”: They will say you IP have no more value as you already gave a free licence to use it to googe!

And this kind of self-headshot in your business could come from your own data retention policy (as it includes e-mails) revealed to your opponent defense!

So the conclusion is that if you use Chrome (or any Google “service”) at work, you probably infrige your work contract!

My car got broken into last night, it’s now 3am and I feel like im waiting for them to come back, They stole my wallet which had no money at all in it just my debit cards and medicare and DL. They then rumaged through the entire car and took my bodyboard, my fins, and my laptop. Good luck even logging into the laptop 1 cause of password prot on hdd, 2 it has no keyboard on it (I removed it cause of a coffee spill).
literally 2 screws were holding this thing together.
Now the thing is, my stereo was on the back seat with the face and remote. I had pulled it out the week before and cbf to put it back in and just left it on the back seat. They didn’t take it. WTF The change $2.75 they didn’t take it. WTF Now this is funny, my toolbox, has a key for the car to start it in it. Holden emblem on it and they couldn’t figure out it was there. Basically they left with nothing, my fins were worth the most bout 150 bucks.
What I don’t get, how the fuck did the cops not see some dipshit walking around at 3am with a fucking bodyboard and the beach is like 15km away.

yes i tried google chrome, it good and faster compared with other search engines but i feel comfortable with firefox.

Hehe – I am in a book club and we met yesterday. I was thinking I might be out on a limb over this one but no, everyone hated it as much as me. The girl who picked it was very apologetic, having not read it beforehand.

I must confess to only getting about 2/3rds the way through it – there are too many good books in the world to waste your time with the mediocre or bad ones!
