We have a strong design ethos that focuses on making sites effective, easy to navigate and accessible to users. Whereas many web designers tend to focus on impressive sounding but ultimately distracting features such as Flash animation and complex Java elements we prefer to design sites that are clear, fast loading and easy to understand. We believe that technology should never take precedence over functionality and style.

The site is powered by a custom database system that dynamically generates pages with the latest pricing and information each time the site is visited. Intelligent Design also provided a comprehensive administration system for Majestic Hotels' staff to allow updates and changes to be made as simply as possible.

Cape Forbin Retreat is an independent luxury retreat located on Kangaroo Island, South Australia. Intelligent Design developed a website focused on presenting Cape Forbin as effectively as possible, with an emphasis on simplicity of navigation and the stunning natural features of the retreat. The site has received a continually positive response from visitors, and has been recommended by the South Australian Government as an example of an outstanding site for a small business in the tourism sector.
